Here's what you need:
- A Banana - size doesn't really matter, and the riper the better!
- 5 or 6 frozen strawberries
- 1/6 cup oatmeal (I usually just throw some in, but this is probably about how much ends up in there)
- 1/4 a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt (I use Cabot)
- A splash of milk
- A handful or more of spinach
- Water - However much you need to get it to the consistency you want
I had been making this smoothie for a couple months before I finally had the courage to add the spinach, but the honestly it's still delicious, and now I've snuck an extra serving of vegetables in! (But I don't blame you if you omit it for awhile :))
